Comments

Contact Forms

We store user input data sent through the contact forms on this website, along with meta information about the submissions, including the time stamp, the origin IP address, and the user agent (browser). They are stored through the plugin Flamingo. This information will be stored indefinitely and will be used for reference in the event that an email does not reach us due to mail server issues. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us. We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when contact us. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary, or as required by law.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletters as well as updates on industry news. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
